1 General Terms

Bedibaji is an online entertainment and betting platform serving adult users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between bedibaji and all users of the platform.

It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the platform. bedibaji reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and users will be notified when changes take effect.

• These terms are valid in both Bangla and English; in the event of a dispute, the English version shall prevail.
• By using bedibaji's services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• All disputes will be resolved through mediation.
• A stable internet connection and an active device are required to use this platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with bedibaji, you must meet the following requirements. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each individual may only register one account; multiple accounts are not permitted.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required at registration.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for account verification.
• Accounts created with false information will be closed immediately, and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing it with anyone else is not permitted.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Bedibaji reserves the right to reject any application, particularly if it fails verification or originates from a restricted region.

3 Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

Bedibaji supports financial transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Deposits are instant; withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes.
• Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be processed.
• Transactions can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits and withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, bedibaji may temporarily place it on hold pending investigation.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant authorities will be notified.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Bedibaji offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the respective offer page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn (typically 10x–30x).
• The same individual may not use multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Bonuses will be cancelled if any suspicious activity is detected.
• Bedibaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• For cashback offers, losses are calculated on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days; any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on bedibaji. Any breach of these rules may result in bets being voided and winnings being withheld.

• All bets must be placed in real time; any bets placed after an event has started will fall under live betting rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bedibaji reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Any attempt at match fixing or gaining an unfair advantage will result in permanent account closure.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting any system or software vulnerability is strictly prohibited.
• The maximum bet limit for each event will be clearly stated on that event's page.
• In the event of a dispute, the data recorded on bedibaji's servers shall be considered final.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bedibaji platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or carry out any form of cyber attack.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Attempting to defraud or harm other users.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.
• Misuse of the bonus system or bonus hunting.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Bedibaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• For breach of these terms.
• If verification fails or false information is found.
• If unauthorized activity is suspected.
• Upon your own request (voluntary closure).
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of these terms, the balance may be forfeited. To close your account voluntarily, contact us at support@bedibaji.co.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Bedibaji treats the protection of your personal information as its highest priority. We never sell your data to any third party.

• Your data is used solely to improve our services and verify your identity.

9 Limitation of Liability

Bedibaji is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, bedibaji is not liable under the following circumstances.

• If service is disrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
• If a transaction is delayed due to issues with third-party services (such as bKash or Nagad).
• In the event of unexpected technical failures or server outages.
• For account losses resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, and similar circumstances.

10 Terms Amendment Policy

Bedibaji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Users will be notified via their registered email or SMS before any changes take effect.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will be given the option to close your account.
• For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given in advance.
